Unsubscribing
|
|
This can be controlled by a web page by people who have subscribed.
Simply go the the links provided above and enter your email address and
password and you can control a number of options, and remove the email
address from the list if wanted. If the password is not know, there is
a section at the bottom of the page where an email address can be
entered and the password will be emailed to the address specified.
|
| |
| Spam |
There are a number of checks done to ensure this system does not send out unwanted mails.
Firstly only email addresses on the list can send mails to the list.
Secondly, an anti-spam program checks every message to see if it
appears as spam and then holds it for moderation. This may happen if a
spammer is forging an allowed address.

Viruses
|
|
All emails are passed through and anti-virus program and if any virus
or other scam (e.g. phishing) is detected the mails are discarded.
